How do I apply an account?
All registered business with a valid ABN are able to open either a Trade or Wholesale account.

What is Trade vs Wholesale?
Trade industry and related fields deemed suitable by Benara Nurseries.
Wholesale current ABN holders outside Trade suitable industries.
Can I shop at the Trademart without an active account?
Yes, please ensure you bring in a copy of your account activation email and proof of business when you visit the Trademarts.
Proof of Business includes; ABN certificate, Business Registration Certificate, Business Credit Card, Business Card etc.
How do I know if my account is Trade or Wholesale?
There are a few ways to determine this:
1. Your Benara Nurseries issued customer card will either be green and have Trade listed or will be grey and have Wholesale listed.
2. When logged into your online account, your account dashboard will show your pricing structure applied to your account.
3. Our friendly customer service staff can let you know, details via our contact page.
Can I refer my customer/friend?
TRADE customers can refer their clients/friends, they must provide a letter of referral on the company letterhead of the referrer at the time of purchase and will be charged 'Wholesale price' unless accompanied by the referrer.
WHOLESALE customer can not refer clients.
